virus2deluge takes your Access Virus patches — the ones you spent years building, tweaking, and performing with — and translates them into Synthstrom Deluge patches as faithfully as the Deluge engine allows.

The Virus and the Deluge are different instruments with different architectures. This isn't a perfect 1:1 clone. It's a bridge. Oscillator types, filter shapes, envelope curves, and modulation routings are mapped to their closest Deluge equivalents. Some things translate cleanly. Some require compromise. The tool is honest about what it can and can't do.

The goal is simple: if you're moving from a Virus to a Deluge — or running both — you shouldn't have to start from scratch. Your patches represent musical decisions. virus2deluge preserves as many of those decisions as possible.

Limitations apply. Not every Virus parameter has a Deluge equivalent, and vice versa. Effects chains, arpeggiator settings, and certain modulation depths may need manual adjustment after conversion. The tool will flag what it couldn't map so you know exactly where to pick up.
